Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Processing:
Upon receiving your order, we'll send a confirmation email detailing your purchase. All
orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once
your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information.
Carriers and Signature Requirement:
We primarily use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for shipping. All ATK scooter shipments require a
signature upon delivery to ensure the safety and security of your purchase.
Tracking Your Order:
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. We
recommend that you regularly track your package to ensure its safe delivery. Tracking
details may take up to 24-48 hours to be activated on the carrier's website.
Shipping Timeframes:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after processing
Holiday Shipping: Please allow additional time during the holiday season and note that
orders placed after December 16th are not guaranteed for holiday delivery.
Order Modification and Cancellation:
Customers may request an order cancellation free of charge if we are unable to fulfill and
ship your order within 3 business days. If the order has already been shipped, a $50
cancellation fee will apply. A $30 fee will be charged for any post-dispatch address
Risk of Loss or Damage:
ATK Scooter Company disclaims any liability for loss or damage to your purchased scooter
once it leaves our facilities and is in the possession of the shipping carrier. We strongly
encourage customers to actively monitor their shipment using the provided tracking
information and to be aware of their delivery options. Opting out of the required
signature upon delivery not only elevates the risk of losing your purchase but also forfeits
your ability to file a claim for any lost items.
International Orders:
We currently do not offer international shipping. For exceptions or specific requests,
please contact us directly.

Unclaimed Packages:
Should a package go unclaimed and is returned to us, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
