RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

At ATK Scooter, our mission is to provide you with quality electric scooters and exceptional customer service. This policy outlines the conditions under which products can be returned or refunded, and how the process works. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided certain conditions are met. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams inspect every product before shipping to ensure quality.

It's crucial to understand that a return policy is not the same as a warranty. The return policy is applicable for short-term issues like incorrect shipments or immediate dissatisfaction, while the warranty covers long-term quality assurance. If your product has a defect, consult our warranty policies for proper guidance.

 

Return Requirements

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Product Condition: The scooter must be unused, with no mileage over 10 miles on the odometer. It must be in "like-new" condition, free of any wear and tear, damage, or alterations. The electric scooter should not have any significant cosmetic damage such as major scratches or paint chips. Attempts to conceal such damage will result in a deduction from your refund.

Documentation: A valid order number and proof of purchase are required. Please also keep the original packaging for at least 3 months.

 

Returns must be initiated by contacting our Customer Support team at             support@atk-scooter.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or videos to substantiate your claim, if applicable.

Our team will assess your return request and may offer troubleshooting steps. If the issue remains unresolved, you may proceed to the next step.

Return Authorization: Upon preliminary approval, we will provide a Return Authorization Form, which must be filled out completely and included in your return package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

 

Approval Process

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection. You will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

 

Quality Issues: Should the product have manufacturing defects, you are eligible for either a full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

Wrong Item Received: In the unfortunate event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, you will be eligible for a free exchange or a full refund.

Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your total refund to cover administrative costs.

 

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply unless the product is defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

 

 

Refund Policy

Please allow 3-6 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item. Refunds will be initiated within 3 business days after approval and may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

 

Method: Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Shipping and Handling Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

Additional Charges: Any additional costs like duties or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Notification: You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

 

 

Special Cases

Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported within 7 days, with supporting evidence.

Order Cancellation: 5% fee within 24 hours; 20% restocking fee plus shipping thereafter.

Sale Items: Final sale, no returns.

Bulk and Custom Orders: Non-cancellable, non-returnable after production starts.

Unauthorized Returns: Will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

 

Additional Fees and Charges

Change in Delivery Address: An additional fee of $25 will be applied for any post-purchase changes to the delivery address.

Lost Original Packaging: If you've discarded the original packaging, an additional $55 will be charged.

 

Warranty

We offer a hassle-free 6 months warranty on quality-related issues. Initiate a warranty claim by contacting support@atk-scooter.com with evidence of the defect.

 

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The amended policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
